If you're not cooking your bacon in the oven, then you're not doing it right.

Place your bacon on a pan lined with parchment paper in a cold oven. Jack it to 325 and wait about 8 minutes.

We're more than willing to try this but this works good for chewie bacon, right?

Just stand by the oven and wait. One minute it'll be chewy, 90 seconds later it'll be crisp. It's a very rapid progression.
