i start at 350....when the grease gets flowing dial back to 325...dont forget to flip.


cutting pieces in half will increase your yield....they will lay ultra flat

I know sometimes we would buy some cheap brand bacon that look like the more expensive name brand but by the time it was done frying ...... WTF did it go? So shriveled up! We're gonna to try baking next time to keep it flat!
 
I don't enjoy chewie bacon.

I cook my uncured Sunday bacon in a pan and do 1 flip. (Med high)

I also do 2 grease drains while cooking

When they're done, I place them gently on a plate lined with paper towels and then gently DAB the top half of them with a paper towel.

Crispy bacon.
