Potato only goes on the strip when his friends / family are in town.

Dietitian Daft we will start the diet next week.

Potato should close on his condo by Friday or Monday.

Then we stop living out of hotels and can actually cook meals.
 
We went with the MF plan of "eat whatever you want and burn it off".

Got a lad who wants to play tennis daily after discovering free courts just down the road.

Too bad Potato is balls at tennis.

He is slowly whipping Potato into shape.

Archie, had a wedding to go to yesterday and it's been years since I had to wear a suit! Last Monday couldn't even get pants buttoned around my waist!

From Tuesday-Friday took one pack of these (4 single crackers) to work to eat for dinner at night!

Ate small portion of dinner in early afternoon before leaving for work also! Other than that absolutely nothing but lots of coffee!

Dropped 7 lbs and the pants fitted nicely come Sat morning! Might put on the weight again, might not, but won't need the suit to worry if the weight comes back!

My situation was too drastic and remedy shouldn't be copied as norm but morale of story is basic concept of less intake of food regularly combined with willpower and discipline should result in weight loss!
 
yeah i've the horrible experience of putting on pants and not being able to fit them.
