Chili w/ lean ground beef (no cheese/corn bread)

very hard to make edible without a good amount of sodium....

if i might suggest... 93/7 or 96/4 lean meat and chili beans instead...

meat/beans/1/4 cup cheese/lettuce/fav hot sauce ... its simply a carb free taco in a bowl and should make 2-3 servings (yes, there are carbs in the beans, but good low g.i carbs and are good for you)
 
bay bud's friday meal plan:

breakfast: one glass of cranberry juice while coffee was brewing. two cups coffee, first one with a little honey, second cup black. bowl of grape nuts, whole milk, sliced banana.

mid-morning snack: some stick pretzels and cherry tomatoes

lunch: leftover corn/cucumber/tomato/basil salad with a few slices of provolone cheese and some triscuit crackers

dinner: going out to one of our favorite little places, not sure what i'll have but will likely be some form of chilled soup along with the special (hoping it's fried oysters) and a couple of ales. four of us will split one slice of triple-fucking-chocolate cake.

plan to work off the chocolate cake and ale tomorrow digging a few new post holes and splitting some oak for firewood later this winter.

At Sheetz you can get some prepacked assorted pineapple and melon, 2 precooked hard boiled eggs, a cobb salad (premade, you put it together for yourself) and a large coffee all for around $7. It's the prepared shit that kills you there.

I think this is my breakfast and lunch for roughly the next fiscal quarter unless out, etc. Seems ideal.
