Drink 12-16 oz of water immediately when you wake up. You're dehydrated from sleeping.

Breakfast- Scrambled egg whites or egg white omelette. Throw in your choice of veggies (I prefer diced tomato, tri peppers). If your lazy like me you can buy the veggies already diced up @ the store. They sell cartons of egg whites @ the store. WAY easier.

-One slice of whole wheat toast with a teasp of olive oil

-half cup of OJ so you can take your Omega 3/6/9 supplement and a multi vitamin

Mid morning snack (2.5-3 hours after breakfast)

- one hard boil egg (make a dozen of them once a week. Very easy to do. Ask me if you need help.
- half cup of blueberries
- half cup of macadamia nuts or almonds (NO SALT)

Lunch

- 6-8 slices of low sodium ham/low sodium turkey or roast beef
- broccoli (they sell the pre-washed florets @ the store. Your portion should be about the size of your fist but eat more if you're hungry)
- a banana (not too ripe) or more blueberries
- coconut water

Mid afternoon snack

Chili w/ lean ground beef (no cheese/corn bread)
Cup of coconut water

Dinner

Change things up with dinner but make sure you have the food available in your fridge because if you don't you'll make poor food choices @ the end of the day.

Make these foods your friend @ dinner time.

Sashimi
Grilled chicken (find a marinade that's not loaded with sodium and preservatives
Steamed broccoli/carrots
Chili
STAY AWAY from breads/rice @ dinner time.
If you must, have a half of a baked potato with a small amount of unsalted (preferably clarified butter). No cheese/sour cream.

Desert

Small amount of dark chocolate or
Non dairy ice cream. Almond ice cream bites @ local health health food stores are excellent

If you're still hungry have a chocolate protein shake.

Super important that you drink at least 40 oz of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and flush toxins.

If you do any type of weight training or cardio, make sure to have a meal or protein shake within 1 hour of completion of your workout.

Good lock and keep us posted.

If you use sugar at any point in your day currently, stop using sugar immediately.

If you need to sweeten coffee or ice tea use Stevia or Truvia (I'd steer clear of splenda).

If you must drink soda, drink diet soda. But you'll be way better off drinking ice tea with Stevia or coconut water. Regular soda is a train wreck, Potato.

I forgot to mention.......

Once a week, feel free to eat 3/4 slices of pizza (your choice of pig out food) if you get a serious urge.

A much healthier pig out would be a hugh rib eye (any steak really) but not accompanied by a loaded baked POTATO

bay bud's friday meal plan:

breakfast: one glass of cranberry juice while coffee was brewing. two cups coffee, first one with a little honey, second cup black. bowl of grape nuts, whole milk, sliced banana.

mid-morning snack: some stick pretzels and cherry tomatoes

lunch: leftover corn/cucumber/tomato/basil salad with a few slices of provolone cheese and some triscuit crackers

dinner: going out to one of our favorite little places, not sure what i'll have but will likely be some form of chilled soup along with the special (hoping it's fried oysters) and a couple of ales. four of us will split one slice of triple-fucking-chocolate cake.

plan to work off the chocolate cake and ale tomorrow digging a few new post holes and splitting some oak for firewood later this winter.

Now that's a diet I can subscribe to...
