xpy how much overweight are you? those burgers got to you, right?

Youd think it would be the burgers but dont eat many of them at all (maybe 1 every 2 weeks or so). Got lazy and carefree with the diet.

Few week back hit 115kg. Thankfully able to carry it ok (6'3 with a wide frame from several yrs of weight training) but once noticed the beginnings of love handles i realised something had to be done...

If able to hit 97kg (id be a rake) by christmas that would be awesome...

rj, are you trying to recruit xpy for Camp Roguey?

Roguey knows where we stand. Still waiting on his address so i can mail this aussie gift basket...

Although, may have to replace the farmers union iced coffee. Oksy knows what this is.

it appears xpy has a settled mind, camp roguey primarily targets the mind and world views , i like the way he expresses himself, he might not need us

the weight just comes off itself once the head is running straight, it's a none issue really
