I think I've found the holy grail of inept CS reps

some buffoon from bodog is making up new rules regarding a nascar promo they had

fuker first lies about my bets, claiming I didn't bet enough. I disprove that. Then he invents a new rule (directly contradicting the promo page and previous correspondence with CS in the process), claiming that that disqualifies me instead

I'm going to call someone who works for Bodog and have it out. I have everything documented. not letting these people try and cheat me again

I'm starting to think bodog issues bonuses based on how successful the reps are in confusing customers.

maybe you're supposed to contradict the rules at least twice per email
 
My first dealing with CS via email with Heritage did not go so well.

I login to both Jamaica and Greek and follow the directions to get new accounts. However, after receiving the new account numbers, I am unable to login to either account. I email Heritage letting them know I cannot login to either account and I provide the account numbers and the error message the website is giving me.

Half hour later, I get a response asking me for my account numbers. :selfbash:

Reply back telling the guy they are in my original message but I provide them again.

About 45 minutes later I get a reply giving me my account balances which I didn't need and I am still unable to login to either account. :theshrink:

Have to reply again for them to address my login problem.

Takes about an hour before he responds back saying he fixed the problem.

Hopefully, this is not a sign of the way my dealings with them will go.
