Floss more.
Earn more.
Eat healthy more.
Gym more.
Drink less booze.
Smoke less cigs.
Work on golf game.

Gotta add some hard #'s in the next few days and write them down. Making "do x less," "do y more" has proven to fail. You must set realistic and well defined goals.

Smoke less cigs.

good luck, hope you give 'em up completely. my last ciggy was a little after midnight in the wee hours of Jan. 1, 2003, so approaching my eighth year anniversary after smoking for about 35 years. i still satisfy my nicotine cravings with an occasional dip while i'm outside working, go through about a can per week. not sure how much you smoke, but a pack a day habit now means you're spending close to $2,000 a year. that'll pay for some golf lessons and plenty of green fees, something to think about.

Lose weight. Have already started with diet adjustments. From eggs/sausage every morning to fruit and english muffin. :feelsgoodman:, have to find a gym with hours that accomadates our schedule.

Stress less, appreciate life more. I don't have it too bad but I am often steamed about something and it's just dumb to live like that.

Watch my limit on work nights with the booze. Not ready to take on the non work nights yet, maybe in 2014.

A monetary goal that I am not specifying

Get hitched :hurrah:

:eatass: as much as I can for it is the cornerstone of any proper diet.
