Cool, I bet all these... Wait, you aren't Tomato.

Agreed - Philly just shipped Dalembert because of his tude.

If Philly keeps this pick or trades it, I think Turner is the guy here - no one is going to trade into the 2 when Cousins could be bought at the 4.

agree with this! remember with philly, caproom is tight, so trading the pick is out of the ?...turner is the logical choice for them...albeit the square ass choice

Philly trades the 2nd pick to Minnesota for the rights to Rubio and one of Minnesota's middle round picks. Minnesota picks Turner and tries its best to absolve itself of all the bad drafting it did last year.

this rubio kid is mos def overrated...

if i was a philly phan, i would be pissed if that happened

I forgot they are grooming Jrue as their point for the future (I don't follow philly bball). I think anyone willing to take Brand off their hands might be worth it as well, although I doubt there are any takers with all the real talent available this summer.

thanks cock

The Memphis Grizzlies and Minnesota Timberwolves are close to swapping first-round draft picks, a source with direct knowledge of the situation tells ESPN.com's Andy Katz.

The Grizzlies would send their 25th and 28th overall picks to Minnesota for the Timberwolves' 16th pick.

“ I'm really excited about the player we'll be getting, no matter who it is. I don't think I can really screw this one up.
” -- Wolves team president David Kahn

While the Wolves appeared close to moving their lower picks, they appeared to be content staying at No. 4 with their first pick in Thursday's draft.

Team president David Kahn said Tuesday it is "highly unlikely" the team will deal the first of its three selections, either to move up in the draft or move down. He says that whoever is there at No. 4 on Thursday night will be a great player for the Timberwolves.
