I think Outback is underrated actually. I always get the filet and have always had a great steak. It's up there with some of the best restaurants in Vegas that charge at least twice as much.

Probably depends largely on your location though. Lots of excellent chefs here that can't get into the top restaurants.

I eat 99% of my meals at restaurants. Fuck cooking (and cleaning it all up afterwards). I'd much rather pay someone else to do that shit.
I agree but dont have that luxury all the time
but isnt a rite of passage into manhood cooking steak... or grilling anything?
theres not much I can cook worth a damn but steak and spaghetti come to mind.
can make ice also:megaman:

lol there's nothing to cooking it ....just never turns out like the pictures these guys be posting.

Overpriced? It could be the cheapest good steaks I have ever had. We went there a couple days ago and I had a steak, with salad, and baked potato and desert for $11.

true. Maybe not over priced I just overdue it when i go there load up on multiple appitizers drinks and the most expensive steak on the menu.

Had one of the best steaks of my life the other night at Smith and Wollensky in Miami. The best part was when Emily threw a fit, had the waiter yell at her, piss off my mom, and my wife got sick, all at the same time, so they all left and I got to eat my steak alone.

A lot of the chefs in the top michelin ranked Vegas restaurants are working for free(staging) or making about $100 for a 14 hour day. Just trying to learn a bit and build a resume. Working for free at Joel Robuchon will help you in the long run over getting paid to work at Outback.

Certainly. But some people have bills to pay too and don't have that luxury.
