How much weight if any will you gain during holidays

None. I have worked hard over the last 6 weeks to get my weight back where I want it and that's where it's staying.


On further review - with the amount of eating going on - probably a couple pounds. I'll lose it more-or-less immediately but I spoke too soon there.

Some extreme eating and general caloric intake going on the last week.
 
We're up to 4 pounds gained.

We did do chest and triceps today, though.


Putting the weight on is fun. Losing the weight will be less fun but at least a good challenge.

i got by a little stall out plateau and have gotten the gains going again...up to 167...i havent decided yet if i want to cheat to try to get to 180ish :thinking:
 
I have put on about 10 lbs since August. The last 5, however, seems to have come in the last 2 weeks. I just weighed in at almost 6' - 200 lbs.

I think I am headed to Varadero, Cuba on Jan. 9th for a week of R & R. My GF just has to confirm she can get the time off.

I guess I should try to not gain another 10 before that.
 
I could make a mean spirited joke about Cuba not being ruined by Americans.... but I won't. :guitar:
I wonder how long it will be before Americans will ever be able to go there?



I have never been to Cuba or an all inclusive so I am looking forward to the new experience. I hope it all works out and we get to go.
 
Arms today after a 5 mile walk at dog park. Even in the cold I work up a great sweat. Came home and had a doughnut. Woot. My splurge for the day. Will know in 5 days what I have gained/lost in the last month.
 
Just reflecting back on what I had to eat yesterday. I wasn't giving it any thought as I went along but it seems noteworthy in retrospect:

4 Eggo waffles w/syrup
2 donuts from Tim Hortons
a bowl of chips
big plate of chicken wings
little bowl of bridge mixture
triple chocolate ice cream w/ Cool Whip


Other than a bunch of coffee and water, that was my day.

Oh, I had 2 glasses of milk with the chicken wings :greencheck:
