I like Jello. Hope he returns at some point. If he's happy not being here, then I hope he doesn't.

That's my fault. Bread called me from the bar and wanted a second opinion, I advocated a pacifist stance. Admittedly I was high at the time, but upon further reflection I should've told him to throw a drink in Bateman's face and leave the first punch to him. If Bateman swings, Bread destroys him with super Portugee skills (no knives though, please); if Bateman doesn't swing, perhaps he never posts again out of shame. I am responsible for a -EV meeting, and I accept full responsibility for it.
 
Wow, Scholar, that's some important back-story that I wasn't aware of.

So, let's see if I've got this right. If Scholar isn't stoned, Bread punches Bateman, Jello still posts at Gamelive. It's one of those butterfly effect things.

Bread and I talked about this last time we were together...we are both a little confused by it. Obviously the guy has some issues that are beyond this place. I thought he was a nice enough guy but if he got that bent out of shape over Bread busting balls....than man. I don't know...

Jello and I discussed his reasons. He had stopped gambling before we all came over to gamelive, so his only interest in coming over here was to post with all of us. He stopped smoking and drinking and started eating healthier and working out a lot. He wanted to better his life. Some people need to completely change their associations in order to do so. I'm sad that I no longer talk with him, but I hope he has been successful in re-prioritizing his life.

And in leaving he gave us a nice gamelive catchphrase. It's almost like having him here whenever someone doesn't need this shit.
 
I just realized that Matt Rain has shared either a bed or a room with Jello, Pavy and myself, all of whom have had to take a break from this place at one point or another. Could it be that Matt Rain is like an evil seductress, ensnaring the hearts of posters only to break them against the walls of this forum? Jello's absense could be amply explained by a broken heart...

Only my opinion, but I think your foursome should go on a retreat together and give Matty what he needs, a good old fashion gangbanging? The guy is a tease and needs his ass straighten out! We can't make it! One of these days we will positively meet up with your guys for sure. Your past escapades are quite entertaining and feel like I missed out. Things right now only make us internet friends. MrsM always uses the term 'do troubles" which is quite amusing.

If you stay in FLA we will definitely meet up in the future. Don't want to sound morbid but that's where we expect to get buried. Dafty, you don't know how bad I want you to teach me how to drink wine like a man! :yes:
