You're not even supposed to drink diet sodas because the artifical sweeteners can spike your insulin. Meh. I allow myself a couple of diet ginger ales with bourbon every week.

I'm starting to struggle with the keto diet. Sick of eggs-cheese-sausage-sardines.

I'm all out of Magic Spoon cereal too.
