Without any knowledge of your physical shape, condition, or eating input; You are on a very aggressive goal for yourself. People say it's healthy to lose .5-1.5 lbs/week but anything more and you are harming your body. You have to remember how long it took you to get to whatever state you are in and in theory it should take that long to go back without harming other parts of your body.
