We'll go out for dinner next time you're here. There are a ton of good places to eat on the strip.

The downside to wichcraft is that it is kinda pricey for a sandwich joint (you'll spend about $15-$20). It's good though.

If there's one thing I don't mind spending money on, it's good food.

It was pretty good actually, I made them in my deepfryer instead of in the skillet, so the first few batches untill I got the timing down
were a little over done. Other wise good, now I just need to find somewhere I can buy the sauce or learn to make it myself.
Tried using a little soy sauce mixed w/ some lime juice, but was no where near what we get at the restaurant, too salty.
 
Ok it was inferior to Yamato sure but that place is probably the best Japanese I have had in my life. I would put it over any other Japanese place I have eaten from except some place in Philly I cannot remember the name of and I have eaten from a lot of them.

It was damn good baby! Especially for a 1st try. You are too hard on yourself.

was told that most all asian places use kikkoman soy/sauces ... but you can try the La Choy Light (50% less sodium) if you are trying to tame the salty flavor of a sauce you are trying to make... the kikkoman low sodium has almost a bitter taste to me...no likey :nope:

Ahhh, thanks for the recommendation Ray.
I totally spaced on the sauce, it didn't even cross my mind until I started cooking, and then it was oh shit, hmm, lets improvise. LOL
The sauce at the restaurant is not hardly salty at all, and is of a slightly lighter color as well, I did some research on the net, and
I guess what they do is add this other sauce to or sometimes natural citrus flavors. I will absolutley be trying this stuff though, I am
sure this is a dish that will be fixed often.

Yep, couldn't agree more. Hit a mom and pop place. Not kidding there are 10 better pizza joints in my town. In fact, I'm not sure I would eat any of that if it was free.

This is Giuseppi's Pizza which is a hole in the wall. They are better known for their stuffed pizzas, and I would say their regular crust (below) is good but not as good as Angelo's...probably my second favorite in town.
