instead of cotton swabs. For real. They've got a whole toolkit of metal things to shove in your ear and scrape out your wax for you. The best part is that they continually show you what they're scraping out.

Good thread bitty. Had ear wax problem a month back. Took three visits to ENT specialist to sort it out. Ear buds exacerbate the problem by pushing in the wax.
