RayRay, lots of bad dreams lately. So I wake up a lot.
Does something like unisome make you sleep well without the baddreams?
I need to get xanax. makes my head feel normal.
RogRog, we keep going. like the energizer freakin bunny over here...
so sg is right next to you?
don't get zanys. There is no need to become reliant on that shit.
I'd recommend looking into mealtonin, but those dreams will become more intense. I'd also like to remind you that the more darker/intense your dreams are the deeper you are in your current sleep cycle. What I'm telling you is those are good and normal.
Last night I had a nightmare about my expensive (about the only thing I care about) fish tank was ruined and someone had gone through and destroied. I went on a mission trying to figure out who and why all while trying to recoup what was left of the damage.[/QUOTE
The only reason I said anything abiut the z's is because I have anxiety panic disorder, my nightmares are simply the anxiety/stress of things in life manifesting them selves into a nightmare. So, it's almost like I just can't get my brain to stop running a million miles a minute.
Cami, I would suggest reading Justin's "Conquering Risk" to help you fall asleep fast.
look it up on amazon..it cured my insomniaWho is that? is it a bad read? I like to read, a lot.

have you tried meditation? The mind and body are a powerful thing if you learn how to interact with it.
