I tried watching tv, walking, drinking, laying in the quiet dark, hot shower, talking, not talking, tea, I've tried everything I can think of.
So I guess I will just sit here and dick around...

Now I have a 2 year old and I work at least 60 hours a week. I am asleep within 3 minutes of getting into bed.
