What book should I deposit into for NHL Playoffs?

once you ask for a withdrawal you will have to submit a ton of paper work...ID, copies of the card....etc. Once they process all of the things they ask for. It takes 14 BUSINESS days to get your check.

I'd say Phoenix but they're not quick with payouts in my experience.

SIA does take FOREVER to send checks. Do NOT trust the delays posted on their site and never pay $35 for a courier check - they have no control over the mailing process, it goes through several third parties. Cockfucks.
