Were going to do a 10 day cleanse

Insides need some maintenance.

Time for a reboot.

Only thing we're going to ingest for 10 days are fruits and vegetables that come out of the juicer were going to buy on Friday (and water). Kale, spinach, carrots, apples etc.

No fancy pills, no multi vitamins. No magic voodoo boys.

First few days will be rough boys.

We'll track progress in this thread.

I've been on similar cleanses.... ramen noodles and saltines for a week. plain rice and beans...... don't ever do an all apple cleanse though
