Yes Ryder is racing, but it is pretty much impossible for someone to win both the Giro D'Italia and the Tour De France...Usually cyclists try to peak for either one of the events... Ryder Hesjedal will likely have a top 10 finish but he is about a 51-1 longshot for the Tour De France win.
