So no nominating "Purple Rain" by Prince.

I would love to find an artist I am unaware of that's amazing out of this thread.

Band (Album Title)

1. Columboid (We Were One)
2. My Morning Jacket (At Dawn)
3. Country Mice (Twister)
4. True Widow (S/T)
5. Archie Bronson Outfit (Coconut)
6. Pink Turns Blue (If Two Worlds Kiss)
7. Siouxie & The Banshees (Juju)
8. Ours (Distorted Lullabies)
9. Local H (12 Angry Months)
10. TV Ghost (Mass Dream)

Foster the People was ok, not my style, but not terrible.

Shad was real decent, listened to a couple tracks will listen to more later, reminded me of old-school shit, kinda De La Soul-ish.

Rosi Golan has a gorgeous voice kinda reminded me of Norah Jones but with a more radio friendly song structure, she seems talented.

Groovy Aardvark - Orycterope
Groovy Aardvark - Eater's Digest
Frank Zappa - The Yellow Shark
Steve Vai - Alien Love Secrets
Django Reinhardt - [his whole output]
Les Paul - [his whole output]

Can't think of much else right now.

Alien Love Secrets is actually pretty good. I think that's Vai's last great work.

Django is great, I love that Sean Penn movie. Great flick. In fact, I might watch it again this weekend.

Couldn't understand the Groovy Aardvark, but the music was cool.

Brian Eno - Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy)

It's hard for me to judge what's underrated but I have it in my top 5 albums of all time and I don't sense that the general consensus has it anywhere near that.

Same kinda deal for just about everything by Cracker. I truly don't understand why I am watching them perform at Lee's Palace in front of 300 people when, in terms of the music they produce, they should be as big as the Stones.

THIS Was awesome, but I need a Trans Am to fully appreciate it.
