damn it Pucky, I thought you had news to report. but you're still smelling it :redcard:

glad junior tournament is coming. international competition better than nhl anyway.

why doesn't nhl use replacement players? I was watching Colorado College game. I like the way they play, more fun to watch than most nhl games. Maybe its because there isnt as many big stiffs so there's room on the ice :dunno:

Detroit should get replacements, now that Michigan is a Right To Work state.

God bless Michigan.

Just looked at the rosters for the Canadian and US junior teams.

Interesting that Team Canada has 19 players from the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and team USA has 9 from the same league (OHL).

And most of those Yank born kids have dual citizenship or at least one parent who was born in Canada. Take Tyler Biggs for example. Leaf prospect whose father Don was a star in the AHL. No pun intended, but Don Biggs was too small for the Bigs.

Without the NHL, I get no hockey. Stupid coastal Georgia.

NHL hockey will be back. I am very confident that we will see NHL hockey in early January and maybe even late December.

BTW... what sort of Canadian blood do you have in your? Do you really have Canadian blood flowing through you? Is it Quebecois blood?

Bettman and Fehr will get a deal done, but not today or tomorrow. it will take a wee bit of time, but a deal will get done or at least a MOU which can be signed off on in the summer like the last lockout. Be happy Blit.

I wouldn't say they were cheap shots. Pussies maybe, but it's because the brand of hockey they grew up playing wasn't the Canadian style of game that was and is played in the NHL. You know the hard hitting, fighting, no nonsense style of hockey.
