What got me started on my bad attitude over there way before the N-word comedy...was how John would constantly throw Willie under the bus publicly to defend dirtbags like C&D and Bateman. Always rubbed me the wrong way and thus began my public crusade against SBRJ and his backwoods ways of thinking.

Exactly. The idiots on the forum were annoying enough - but then you had that dynamic going on along with some other behind-the-scenes dysfunction.

SBR will be fine. They will find another doormat.

I remember when John "roasted" Willie... I think WB had reached 20k posts or some shit. It was horrible. It wasn't subtle. I wanted to bitchslap the fuck out of that fucktard.

John is a despicable human being. If I were Willie I'd spit in the guy's face on my last day.

ass-holes like those that have congregated at gamelive must have caused Willie more than a few headaches and maybe a chuckle or two at least.

but the new generation of SBR posters, must have made him wanna puke everyday.

when you look back to what SBR forums started as in 2005-2006 with mostly threads about offshore book news, info, ratings, bonuses funding methods ect. some gambling and sports Off topic stuff.

2007-2008 was a healthy mix of the above with some forum community drama/battles, more sports, more off topic stuff thrown in

2009 strong forum character personalities dominated

2010-11 teenage-young twenties future beat down degens that are mostly indistinguisable from each other dominate, along with scammers, and the mentally ill.

amazing how quick they evolved to the most profitable demographic

Willie bee gave me an infraction once. I called a poster, let's call them WTF, a fucking idiot and wished they'd die. Willie sent me a message that said he is indeed a fucking idiot but try to tone it down.

No one really bothers me to be honest. I had lurked there for about a year before I signed up and then posted for a year before becoming a Mod so it's not like I was shocked by any aspect of the forum.

Plus I work the late shift so it's a different type of person posting then. A lot of the crazier stuff happens before I even log on for the day.
 
Having breakfast with Willie, Iwin and Happy Boy at the Golden Nugget was another highlight of the 2009 bash. All sorts of funny/weird.

I remember Willie cursing out Bread for some forum shenanigans, then the 3 of us sat through his very detailed story about his days working in an oil field.

Good man, crappiest job ever. Enjoy your retirement, sir!
