I think this has already been explained by Cougar Bait, Nina. If someone hasn't done anything to warrant vituperation (such as some stranger in a picture which was posted simply to have them disparaged), it's perfectly fine to ridicule and abuse them. However, if someone deserves castigation (such as for posting that very picture), you should simply laugh along with them and suck their asshole.
