the guy had unreal driving skills that not many can even imagine and he was no amateur to driving after having some drinks...skid marks over 100ft long tells me that something else was going on...something to do with the passenger would be my best guess...

Cops: Ryan Dunn Was VERY DRUNK During Crash

20 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

"Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was extremely intoxicated at the time of his fatal crash Monday morning ... with a blood alcohol level of more than TWICE the legal limit ... this according to cops.

West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll revealed Dunn's B.A.C. was .196 ... nearly two-and-a-half times the legal limit in Pennsylvania, which is .08.

Carroll added, "No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol."

As TMZ reported, Dunn and his passenger were killed when Dunn lost control of his Porsche, crashed in a wooded area and his car exploded in flames.

Story developing ...

oh wow oh wow

How did Herman know???? guy must be a genius. maybe its the criminology background...

I mean it JUST as easily coulda been a super clean and sober Dunn driving 45 right?

had nothing to do with hindsight.

it had to do with foresight and common sense. Its a gambling forum, its what we do....we SPECULATE.

I think Herman took some heavy chalk in assuming drunken-ness and high speeds.

the value was not in "honoring" the dead, or with-holding judgement until "results" came out.

Herman is no dipshit

I'm all for responsible drunk driving, but driving recklessly, deliberately is a no no. Daffy these are the kind of fucks that you cops should be looking for. Not some poor sap who had a fucking beer or didn't make a "complete stop" or looked suspicious. I'm always surprised how speeding gets a pass.

Good point RC cause just wondering how when coming home from work at 3AM on 40MPH limit road the police have stop me a few times saying I was swaying alittle (which technically correct I mean nobody drives in a perfect straight line) and if you go over 7-8 MPH you're probably going to get stopped. There's no traffic on the road at the time so what accident can be cause by going a little over the limit?

But then when going to work at 3PM most of the drivers are going at least 45-50MPH or more going in and out of lanes where the % goes up for an accident to happen. I guess police can't stop everyone so no one gets stopped. Doesn't make sense but what does in this country anymore? What can you do!
