Hotel charges me like $10 more than the price agreed upon through choicepriveleges. It's only $10 but yeah you might have done that to the wrong guy. I talk to the manager who tells me to contact some lady in accounts tomorrow between certain hours. Uh yeah no. I call back to let theme know she can call me back and if no call by Tuesday we can just do a bunch of bad reviews on the internet, then they're super nice.

Curious to see if she calls or not.
