They are.

The weirdest one was having to pay 10 korunas to use the toilet in a fokken gas station near the GER/CZE border. The gas station has a full-time toilet attendant on the payroll.

It seems there was quite a kerfuffle in my building last night. Quite a hullabaloo.

It actually woke me up. Someone was yelling very loudly in the hall on my floor. Maybe 2 a.m.? It didn't last long - less than a minute. I went right back to sleep and I didn't give it a thought today until the super was just asking a few questions. Seems the offending party slammed a door downstairs so hard it broke a window.
