Lactose intolerance is real and it worsens with age. If I drink a glass of milk I could poop myself in pure liquid within an hour and be miserable for half a day. You could stay away from dairy but you really start to miss/crave it.

Lactade works and it's fokkin expensive. The corporate bastards win again. Hey mom and pop store develop your own Lactaid I'd pay a little more.

Try this Steve. I use it for my cereal even though I'm not lactose intolerant. I'm sick of drinking milk made by cows fed with hormones.
