The difference between little Havana (Miami) Florida and Havana Cuba is capitalism, Cuba doesn't have it and is infinitely safer than anywhere in Florida/USA.

no, the difference is one place you have private property rights and the other the government owns you. the only capitalism in florida/usa that has an effect on your safety is the capitalism of illegal drugs. which could be pretty much solved if they weren't illegal.

btw cuba does have capitalism. only it's a government monopoly.

I know that America and most of its cities can be extremely dangerous, and nowhere in Cuba is this true.

Don't really want to get into a long drawn out debate as I'm not totally against capitalism or socialism - I'm simply reminding people that there are costs/problems associated with both systems/ideologies.

I'm not one of those that believes capitalism solves all problems, it solves some problems but it also creates problems.

The American government has done a wonderful job brainwashing it's citizens to conform to the beliefs of big business.
