Genesee Salted Caramel Chocolate Porter

ABV 6.5%

The brewery used $40,000 worth of real chocolate to make this small batch of porter. The taste is undeniably chocolate. Not the "hint" of chocolate that most porters boast. That said., the consistency is not thick. Very drinkable. The salt and caramel are more subtle, but still apparent.

Bar appetizers I would pair this with:

Potato Skins
Thai Chili Buffalo Wings
Burger Sliders topped with Swiss Cheese

I am an awful reviewer when it comes to food/drink Casper. I do like Youngs Double Chocolate Stout and a chocolate stout from Brooklyn Brewery.

Never had a coffee in my life but coffee stouts are outstanding also.
