I don't wanna make a big deal out of it. I don't wanna be one of those people who make a big deal out of such silly things. But my Mom got him when I was a pimply 18yo living at home, so the dog has been around for all of my adult life. Ima be properly devastated when he goes away. It's a big deal.

i'm going "home" to visit my fam and friends in PA this week and i'm most excited about seeing my 12 year old cocker spaniel that my old roomate keeps. He's getting old and i'm dreading the phone call someday that tells me he is gone.

I'm taking rocky an assortment of balls and chew toys.

I can't wait to get a dog here in chicago.

I have 3 cats 13, 12 and 11 years respectively. I am also dreading the inevitable. You develop quite the emotional attachment to animals once you've lived with them for a long time. I'm sure there are some who will over analyze the pet relationships most have and poo poo it in favor of other humans. Luckily those people are fucks and should get fucked.
