I hope the Russians destroy the Swedes. Reno knows I appreciate the skill that the Russians (especially old Soviet era players) bring in big time games. The Russians deserve to be in this gold medal game. They outplayed, outskilled the Canadians the other night.

Wow, what a turrible attempt at defense from the Russians on the game winner by Sweden.

No doubt the Swedes were the better team tonight.

no doubt Sweden deserved the win. They basically overpowered them the whole game. The only reason Russia had some chances late, was because the Swedes were getting tired. I'm not a believer in shots on goals as an indicator of who plays better, but clearly the Russians had no puck control in the offensive zone. Turrible. I'm happy for Sweden.

After watching the Canada/Finland earlier in the day game I got the impression the gold medal game would be close and low scoring yet I still bet the side.
