Nutella.... thoughts?

What do you mean you bought your first jar yesterday?

What did you grow up on?

My body is 80% water, 20% Nutella.

Not much of a breakfast eater, but if I put something on a bread product for breakfast it's either bagel/cream cheese or toast with butter...maybe peanut butter.

Not a fan. Id take pb any day of the week over nutella. I think the hazelnut is a real loser of a nut. Recently my wife came across some finance people who are betting big on the hazelnut... I laughed at them.

Its worse than pb for sure. Compared to regulr jif nutella has:

+10 cals (-20 from fat)
-4g fat (+1.5g sat fat)
-120mg sodium
-1g fiber
+18g sugar
-5g protein

The sugar, fiber and protein outweigh the salt and fat.

Hazelnut is tops imo. You do feel kinda guilty eating nutella. It is very good, basically chocolate candy.
Peanut Butter is a strange concept to me. I don't think Russians eat that stuff.

I just bought my last jar of Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter...and promptly ate all of it in a week. I have to be in a wedding and I'm pretty sure that they won't allow me to continue wearing my maternity pants.

Someone brought up the issue of how hard it becomes due to cold Canadian cupboards. Did we sort that out? I'm somewhat afraid I might die from it.
