My advice is sleep every 4 days in a hotel. The other 3 days you have to stay awake. That's how you make it with $300 a month.

These craigslist adds all come with ridiculous stipulations.

"I want garage privileges".
"My boyfriend and I will be living there".
"I have a cat and 2 house-trained dogs".
"I'm 59 and single. Looking to room with someone in their 20s".

Patty you would be wise to post an ad on craigslist under the "rooms wanted" and also search on craigslist for "rooms & shares". You couldn't be worse than these people.

we charged our last guy $600 which included utilities

boulder highway is underrated

can hit 4 decent outs (cannery, sams town, az charlies, boulder station) in less than an hour
