At first it was out of kindness and I had 15 mins to spare so it really wasn't a big deal at all. Every home owner in my neighborhood takes pride in their property. I don't live in the pubs!!! These fuckers are the only ones who just don't give a shit. They are first time home owners and the dude is as lazy as fuck. I can't stand lazy people especially able bodied lazy people.

i have a german family that lives next to me...2 teenage boys and they have a mower, yet they refuse to take care of their shit...i have the nicest yard on the block, but is overshadowed by the fucking eyesore next door...when they dont mow for 2-3 weeks, ill do their front...im on a big rider and it takes 10 minutes...then usually the kids or the wife(which is sad) get the message and they do the trim work... i have never, in the 5-6 years they have lived there, seen anyone go near their back yard...they let it grow all summer and it dies in winter...luckily its all fenced in.

it does suck, but its not a hugh deal....

strangest people ive ever met...

my other neighbor is a chinese dude... funny story about him...we have been neighbors for 7-8 years and i have seen and talked to him more in Tunica at the poker tables than i have around the house....he travels 2 weeks out of the month and basically stays in tunica the other 2 weeks...from time to time i will see him come home and get mail and leave. has a yard guy and sometimes a maid...he is the one who has the busted pool pipes and fucking floods part of my yard half the summer...

now that i think about it, i noticed he is selling his house...good..fuck that guy and his shit pool

my nice neighbor mowed my back yard for me once this summer. The week after Dad's funeral I got sick and just couldn't do it. My sister paid someone to come mow the grass but he didn't do the back for some odd reason. ANyhoo....nice neighbors.
