Nah, you just have to selective with what you say.

I.E. once got pulled into RBT and had a car i was restoring but defectable at the time (numberplate not correct size, rust and a whole host of other issues).

When i commented that the rust was an issue he replied with "thats the least of your problems".

Anyway i had had a bad flu for around a week before that i was starting to see the back end of and when the officer enquired i couldnt pss up the opportunity before me and told him i had swine flu...

So instead of copping $1500 in potential fines i walked away with a $134 incorrect sized numberplate and a bunch of officers that thought they may contract swine flu...
