This is one of those topics. I am torn between the serious and the whimsical.

Do I respond with a measured discussion of models versus systems, of the integration of art and science, of my happy place living in the soft spots of dysfunctional bettor psychology.

I will say this about my model. She is cute but surprisingly tiny. I keep her in my back pocket and sometimes I bring her out for a biscuit and some juice, and we have a laugh about the Diamondbacks bullpen and we remember a purer time when the Expos played games in Puerto Rico.
