Nope. Charges are still being brought and the case is still being built. Mr. Pappas and I had a long phone conversation where he was going to being the restitution process but he followed up with this email.

I have talked to a few people and thought about this all day long. This is what I can offer in regards to settling with Andre. But before I get to that allow me to state this.(This is me just venting my side of the story one last time to you) I did have no intentions of scamming Andre as you know, he knew from the day he bought the said he had to be patient with the site as it does go on a monthly basis and I am sure you saw the e-mail with me stating that. He decided to threaten me with a paypal dispute about 20 days into the purchase and I had no choice but to take the site back and wait out the last 10 days to prove it was profitable. If I didn't take it back and he did the dispute and I lost, I would have been screwed out of everything... Well by the end of the month it brought in about $350 and this was off of a FULL month of no updates to the website which Andre was supposed to do, which I stressed to him before he even sent me a dime for the website. I showed him this proof as you may know and he still went through with the dispute, he got in way over his head with this site, it was not for him. And as you know paypal favored in my way, which can be substantial enough for me to win any court battle, but again as I told you earlier Friday morning, we are not going to let it go that far and I want this to be right and I want to go forward with working with you with being profitable and at the same time help Will grow Pappysportspicks along with my site. I want to get this off of my chest and be in good faith, so what I am trying to say is Andre is just at fault as I am, not entirely but he is at fault in a way...Anyways..

..This is what I can offer for Andre and this is all that can be done from my part, I tried finding a way to get money up front but it is not going to be possible. I am in a tight TIGHT budget where if I get off track I will go into even more debt and be even more screwed. Lose my apt, everything, my life and you and Andre will most likely never hear from me again nor ever find me..(not saying flight risk).

As you know I am very VERY good with sports handicapping. I am sure you have seen my record, #1 in hockey picks and top 10 in mlb picks. I can guarantee Andre makes that $4200 back within 45 days maximum. If he can start out by depositing at least $500 minimum on a sports book( I know many good books with fast payouts and with A ratings), I can get him at least $300-$500 profit per week. And this is by betting my picks. I have a very tight system for my picks and on average I get about 4 picks per week that pass the system and always profit for the week. For Andre we are going to keep the system tighter and keep it at 2 picks MAXIMUM per week this way there is no pressure for me to rush this process and get burned. My sole purpose will be Andre and making him money. I can send you the picks which you then can send to Andre this way you can monitor everything which will help me once this is over with when you help me with my website.

My only income is my website I have now and I only have one client who purchases about $60 per week for my picks (pays for 1 day pass'). I have been trying for a week now to get him to purchase my mlb picks for the rest of the season for about $800 and I would use some of that money to send to Andre along with making him money with my picks. I have the proof of me only having one client if you would like to see. This kind of business takes a lot of time and patience and I cannot go out and find a job (if there are any) making $8 an hour, it will ruin the site I have now and I would have to start all over again along with working with you like we discussed. And about what we discussed if Andre accepts my offer, this would help my website get even bigger, me making him money with my picks (good marketing tool), and I am sure you agree with this.

So please I am begging you to present this to Andre and help me help him get his money back and then some in the future with more of my picks. I know there is that big what IF. But the only way to be 100% successful in my kind of work, is confidence and I am full of it. If he does accept I would really like to work with you during this process with Andre, in building my website even bigger and getting more of an income, which will of course help Andre in getting his money a little faster.

Please think this over throughout the weekend. After-all, even if I did go and find a way to pay Andre in full (wish I could, but not possible) and you started to help me with my site, just remember you kept saying I can be profitable with my site and my knowledge of sports picks. Which would mean you simply know I am very good with sports picks and can make good money doing it.

I'm afraid that assassin's last post is going to be the one that drives PapaGeorge away for good. I don't see the kid coming back from this one. There is just too much material in that email to deflect. His only chance is to claim that the entire email is fabricated, but really I don't even see that happening.
