I'm a fan of the elusive "so bad it's good" genre.

Unfortunately they're usually just bad. Even harder to find "so bad it's good" now that they're trying so hard to make them like that (Sharknado, I'm looking at you).

It's all worth it for the occasional Sleepaway Camp.

Sharknado's ending redeemed the rest of the movie for me. I instinctively raised my arms and yelled YES!!!!!!!!!!!

Arthur Chu and Julia Collins are both in the Jeopardy TOC final which goes Thurs-Fri. Got what I wanted. Proper showdown. Cheering for Arthur as I prefer my Jeopardy to be played with ferocious ninja techniques.

Boyhood was a good movie. We enjoyed it, although a bit long.

Wanna see Interstellar in IMAX. My 42-inch Sony is not going to cut it.

I'm going to see Interstellar tonight. I have a dilemma.

I can go to the IMAX, which has standard movie theater seats, or I can go the standard screen, but with these huge reclining love-seats that are more comfortable than watching a movie in bed.

It's almost 3 hours long and I hear that the IMAX is painfully loud. I think I'll go with the bed-seats.

I would take the comfy seats over the IMAX screen as well.

Do you guys have movie seats like this in Canada?

We have "VIP" rooms with large comfy seats and booze service but I'm pretty sure the seats are not reclining La-Z-Boys like that. Only went VIP once, I forget.

That is super deluxe.

It's a little frustrating. The one theater has a full bar, a food area that's practically a restaurant, hand scooped ice cream and IMAX, but the seats are shitty. The other theater is standard everything, but has these seats.

Same theater chain.

I have seen seating like that somewhere in these parts. Can't remember where exactly or any details actually. It was some time back.

Or maybe I just dreamt it?

I guess you pay extra???

All the seats in the theater are like that. Just this one theater that I've found. Same price.

What's also strange is that you choose your seat locations when you buy the ticket. Assigned seating at the movies. Weird.
