The living situation is only temporary. I'm being promoted at work, which requires my relocating to Miami (ick). But I don't want to move and then move again, so I'm just waiting on the final date. It isn't easy, trust me. Trust me...

Rum Diary seemed entertaining but there were some shannannigans going on so I will watch again and review this week. Let's call it in the 6-7.5 steviestars range with a * by it until further notice.

I revisited this and approve. Not for a deep experience or anything like that, just a twisted road of a pretty wild adventure with bits of pretty funny dialogue here and there. Some great scenery as well. 7.5 Steviestars. Great date movie.

was disappointed in Rum Diary... i hate it when a movie preview shows basically all the funny parts...it was long and got too slow... just couldnt hold my attention...seemed like they lollygagged through the entire thing and then decided they had wasted enough of our time and ended the movie abruptly...hate that shit

i dunno stevies... i remember hitting that ride up the first or 2nd weekend it opened and me and the broad were really disappointed after seeing all they previews and hype...someday ill watch it again and maybe have a different opinion...i have seen a lot worse, if that means anything...hahah

Ok if I had gone to the theater for that I probably would have been disappointed as well RR, I am very rarely an in the theater person so shit better be bomb. I do think they could have done a lot better with the whole Hunter S Thompson theme. Good idea great cast, par execution.
