honestly, Requiem for a Dream.

Requiem For A Dream was mine for years.

Still on my top 10 list of all time greats though.

First time I watched it I was high so I watched it twice more back to back to make sure I wasn't going to die.

The Woodsman is pretty disturbing. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original) has to be up there. But I'd say Faces Of Death far and away is the winner for me. Real life is just more disturbing.

Dunno about all time but the last one is Pedro Almodovar's I'm So Excited. Everybody knows Pedro is gay and adds a lot of homosexual themes in his movies. But the amount of gay in this movie is kind of disturbing even for gay people. At this point you have to think Pedro's ass looks like that goatse guy.

As a kid I was convinced it was. Years later their was an expose breaking down the legitimacy of the "reality" of the scenes. Yes some are real (like the news clips) but the majority are fake.

The last Faces Of Death have the host "dying" during filming lol.

It got pretty goofy towards the end.

Watching it at age 10 was still disturbing though.
