Since Obama has been re-elected it does present an opportunity. His administration is really big on handing out ridiculous grants for all sorts of trivial bullshit.

I would like to recruit you guys. We will formally apply for a grant to fix our crumbling economy at least help slow the decline and maybe start to generate some financial stability.

I have ideas out the wazoo but you guys are analytical numbers guys so you can make my ideas make mathematical sense.

I will also be looking for another member of our team to handle the presentation portion since MonkeyFocker and Durito aren't exactly public speaking types and you can't really understand Matty with that thick accent. I can speak to an audience but only in WallyBubbles mode which might be construed as less than serious.

First we are gonna go to a consumption tax.

Next we are gonna legalize online gambling nationwide. It will be regulated and taxed. many will not like the taxation but with the proper regulations in place the system can be made to work and be a viable source of revenue.

Third we are gonna reduce the amount of frivolous spending in all areas of local and state government.

Fourth we will devise a plan by which all government assisted citizens who are not physically or mentally challenged, disabled, single parent or otherwise qualified due to hardship be cutoff.

Naturally these are broad strokes with each having sub-categories that will branch off into other areas whch can be fine tuned for even greater reductions.

Eventually we will get into areas such as healthcare. Our group will outline a plan where every medical student with outstanding student loans will commit to a years worth of volunteer work at free clinics after they finish their residency training.

And what are they giving you money for again?

Wait, wait. You want the federal government to give you money to develop a system that makes sure the federal government doesn't spend money frivolously?
