He is facing more of the "can't win a big game" Rap that dogged Cowher for a long time and that dogs Andy Reid

not to mention he tends to LOSE alot in the beginning of the season

not saying it is RIGHT, but you have a few Norv/Charger like dissapointing seasons and the sharks start the circle fast....
