There's no way I can go down to 160. Lean body mass is 159 + 5% essential fat = 167 pounds. I'll be thrilled to go back down to 185.

I just weighed myself yesterday at the gym.

190. Which is actually not too bad because I've been doing resistance training regularly for 2 weeks (after getting knocked on my back by the strep throat.

If I can get to 187/188 WITH the added muscle from resistance training I will be in top form.
