Yeah it's hard to tell from the video since it's zoomed in, but I'm not sure that matters. Looks like other drivers before him missed the guy so I suppose you could even argue intent. It's obviously a stupid move to get out on the track and yell at approaching vehicles as they wiz by, but again I'm not sure that matters either. If I was deciding I'd say guilty.

Also Stewart was in a 7 personal year born 5/20/1971 - always lay low in 7 personal years because bad things happen.
