Thought I should share. (I swear I'm not making this up. I wouldn't pile on the competition on purpose.) Here's the whole PM conversation:

Wow,

This is amazing. The guy played 10 games with us. He bought the NHL season package. He then asked for a refund after 10 games. I dis not have to give him a refund, but I told him I would. We are under no obligation to give him ANYTHING back.

I talked to him on the phone and told him we would put the money back into his account today. He even called me this morning. Reading this has blown my mind. Not one of my other clients is complaining about anything.

I have enjoyed the spreadbeneathmywings thing. I think it is cool.

This guy has crossed the line. I cannot respond on SBR about this stuff, so I have to do it here.

My personal track record has not been the best, but this is a business and I take it very seriously. I expected to have a hater eventually. I am just upset. Sorry to vent. I have gone out of my way not to respond to crap but this is aggravating on so many levels

Matty, I know why you guys are doing what you are doing. I wanted to be civil and cool this year. I am taking this very seriously what I am doing. You guys want to mock it, I totally get it. It is funny. I have no idea what is being written on SBR. Why you guys are rocking the boat about what I do is what I don't understand. Have I pushed my business on here? Have I solicited you guys for anything? I have been keeping a low profile and work honestly. You can do what you want. I thought we had turned a corner. I guess I was wrong.

Casperwaits - I swear to God, I did not start this and I would never do something like that (seriously). This LetsWin guy messaged me out of the blue.

That my website looks like it's mocking entrepreneurs of the same ilk as yourself is purely coincidental. We had been thinking about doing something like this for a while.

Also, we actually mentioned you positively on the Twitterverse today.

This is LetsWin and I have to respond.

First of all, the LARGE PRINT about "Buyer Beware" is NOT something that I typed. It was added after the fact.

Secondly, the pm states that IF Casper makes good on his word, I will let matty know that it has been resolved. My frustration stems from the fact that the process was dragged on for much longer than necessary.

I repeat: that LARGE Print about "Buyer Beware..." is NOT something that I typed. It was added by someone else with an agenda.
 
You also need to mention that IF Casper made good on his word, I was going to let you know. I was also going to put a review on the sbr forum that, although things did not workout between he and I, he did make good on his promise.

Also, I need to state the fact that paypal reimbursement should NOT take 7 days. That was the frustration I was voicing when I, in confidence, pm'd you.

I'm still willing to make good on my word and post on this as well as sbr that Casper and I have amicably resolved things.

So the BALL is your court now, Casper. We can still repair the situation or we can let it go downhill.

And when you called, you did not let me give you my side. It's almost as if you're using this situation as an excuse to go back on your word.

Let's resolve this and move on.
