How often do you shit?

I'm taking my first shit of the day as I type this. On a typical work day I do 2 or 3. One after coffee and one after lunch....maybe an afternoon 3rd.

weekends it is rare I shot at all.....vacations I get constipated like I have a buttplug wedged deep in there
