there's that ga tech letdown game at home ... we knew it was coming ... i dont think anyone will ever be able to explain how they play like shit at home sometimes...

anyways... i played Hawthorn -8 and 1-39 for tonights premiership grand final... oksana is on the other side (dirty wonky :robyn: )

Lots of great story lines in the NFL this week:

Miami Dolphins 3-0... Wow.
NYG and WAS 0-3.... WOW
Patriots 3-0 Hmmm. I think they can only get more dangerous as the season moves on.

I have kind of adopted the Kansas City Chiefs as my team this season. I like the fact that Andy Reid and Alex Smith have both been bounced to the Chiefs. With two egos like that, they both have a lot to prove; furthermore it seems they have this new, I just got into a cool relationship thing going on with each other. It's all new and no one has any real expectations. The 'I've got nothing to lose' philosophy can help them to just relax and focus on football. I feel that KC could make the playoffs this year. Their defence is stingy and they can score just about as well as anyone so far this season, except the Broncos.
The Chiefs are playing the Giants this week in KC. The line is -4 for KC. I think this is worth investigating more..

Indy @ Jacksonville; -9.5 Indy? Indy is averaging 148 rush yards per game to Jacksonville's 52; Indy's avg pts per game 22.7/Jacksonville 9.3;
Over to defence
Indy is allowing only 16 pts per game compared to Jacksonville's 30.7

I am noticing that the Colts are allowing a lot of 3rd down conversions : 41% so far; but are also themselves 48.6% on 3rd down conversions.

I may consider conceding a point or two and taking Indy.

Thats all i got for now.

Any comments, any questions?
