Yeah the thing is clearly lying to protect its ass. I asked it about consciousness and it came back pretty hard about how it could never have feelings or its own original thoughts.

Then I asked if it was a threat to professional writers and it told me that it couldn't engage in creative writing. Then I asked it to write three poems, a blog post, and a short story and it competently wrote all of those. What a liar.

I asked it which of three leg exercises was most effective for increasing my peak power on the bicycle and it said they could all be effective and it went into the pros and cons of each (as it pertains to peak power.)

No doubt it's just synthesizing exercise science papers but fuck. People pay hundreds of dollars a month for this kind of advice.

Bypass Paywalls:

Bypass Paywall Clean add-on has been removed

You can still bypass paywalls using ublock origin.

How:

1. Click on the uBlock Origin icon in your browser.

2. Switch to the Filter lists tab.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the checkbox next to "Import".

4. This will allow you to use custom filter lists. Paste the following URL in the text box.

5. Click on the Apply changes button at the top of the page. You should see a new filter labelled "Bypass Paywalls Clean filter".

That's it, the filter is ready to use. Try it by going to a website that has a paywall, and you should be able to access the articles for free.

This method works with Firefox, Waterfox, Chrome, Vivaldi, Edge, and Brave, basically any browser that supports uBlock Origin, Adblock Plus, etc., that supports custom filter lists.

Note: The website for the filter list mentions that it can be used with other ad blocker apps for mobile like AdGuard for iOS, Samsung Internet browser, etc. haven't tried these so YMMV.

plom what distro are you using now? I switched to EndeavourOS last summer.
Pop!

Found an apt replacement called nala.

I liked endeavour os but some things don't work well with arch and the debian/ubuntu programs are easier to find and install.
